Fund. Cancer Survivors’ Fund is committed to safeguarding
the information Users entrust to Cancer Survivors’ Scholarship Fund.

The Cancer Survivors’ Fund is the sole owner of the

The Cancer Survivors’ Fund collects following types of

to us; and standard web server/visitor traffic information, regarding
overall Web site traffic patterns. Information which identifies a specific
individual will not be disclosed to others without the user’s permission
unless necessary to provide services which the user has requested.
Standard web server/visitor traffic information, provided by users will be
used to improve the site and provide a more personalized experience for
the user.

movement, and gather broad information for aggregate use. IP addresses are

who need the information to perform a specific job (e.g., our Finance

servers used to store personally identifiable information are kept in a
secure environment. The Cancer Survivors’ Fund takes
the confidentiality of your information very seriously. For this reason,
we use the highest level of security that technology provides when dealing
with your credit card information. To guard against fraud, your
information is securely encrypted and passed to the financial network for
processing. At no time is this information made available to anyone else.
Credit card information is not retained on our
system and removed once used for the purpose intended.

organization will not share, sell or exchange donor's information for third
party's fundraising or marketing purposes.
Opt-In Policy
The organization will not share, sell or exchange donor's information for
third party's fundraising or marketing purposes unless the donor explicitly
grants permission for the organization to do so.
Opt-Out Policy
The organization will not share, sell or exchange donor's information for
third party's fundraising or marketing purposes if donor opts out of
allowing the organization to do so. Donors can opt out by sending a letter
or e-mail to the organization. Telephone calls will not be considered for
opt out purposes.
Notification
of Changes
If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post changes on our
home page so our users are always aware of the information we collect, the
ways we use it, and any circumstances under which we disclose it. If at
any point we decide to use personally identifiable information in a manner
different from that stated at the time it was collected, we will notify
users by way of email. Users will have a choice as to whether or not we
use their information in this different manner. We will use information in
accordance with the privacy policy under which the information was
collected.
